As chief consultant, economist and planner for MINCO Corporation, Mr. Sloan has been involved in planning and the real estate industry in the New Hampshire and Massachusetts region for the past 20 years. During his tenure at MINCO, he has been responsible for economic analysis, community assistance, demographic studies and real estate valuation. His experience includes extensive public sector activities including local and regional planning and state government. He has had primary responsibility for the consulting projects completed at MINCO.
