One of the founding members of the company, John McCarthy now serves as Vice President and Director of Commercial Appraisals. Mr. McCarthy provides consulting services and site inspections, and reviews all commercial appraisals performed by Minco to insure for quality.
On the personal side, Mr. McCarthy attended the University of New Hampshire, and has completed several appraisal courses at the Appraisal Institute in Chicago, IL.. He has served as an expert witness for courts in New Hampshire, and has been recognized as an approved appraiser by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
